Installation feedback for the lifting bed order from the Spanish customer

The rapid growth of the Spanish RV market has spurred a surge in demand for accessories. Efficiently utilizing the limited interior space has become a primary concern for every owner.

Our lift beds are easy to install, and operate smoothly, quietly, and without shaking during height adjustment. They also offer excellent load-bearing capacity.

For the motor versions:

• The 12V and 24V kits do not include a remote control.
• The 220V kit comes with a remote control.

Many customers who choose the 12V motor prefer to pair it with their own compatible remote control, which allows for more convenient and personalized operation.

During the customer's installation process, we received feedback that when testing the motor with 12V DC in the camper, it only made noise and did not operate properly; however, it worked normally when tested with 24V DC. The customer initially thought that we had sent the wrong model.

After investigation, our technical team clarified that the 12V motor has a diameter of 63 mm, while the 24V motor has a diameter of 90 mm, and pointed out that the noise might be caused by insufficient power supply; the power source must be greater than 20A for the motor to function correctly.

Subsequently, the customer measured the motor diameter as 63 mm, confirming that it was indeed the 12V motor, and was able to identify and resolve the issue with our guidance. Finally, the customer successfully installed the lift bed, tested it, and confirmed it worked properly, sending us feedback videos of the testing.
